Service 01 · Audit and analysis

Understand first, then decide.

The audit is the way into Fact & Feeling. For a limited period we measure in selected areas of your facility, link the readings to your existing data and floor plans and show you where indoor conditions put a strain on patient health, where energy is used without benefit and where equipment behaves unusually. Without changes to your infrastructure and without a long-term commitment.

The recommended way in

How it runs

Step by step, from the first conversation.

Who it is for

  • Facilities that first want to see where they stand
  • Owners who need a solid basis for investment
  • Buildings with specific complaints, such as heat, noise or poor air
  1. 1

    First conversation

You tell us which areas matter to you and what is on your mind. Together we agree the questions the audit should answer.

  2. 2

    Review documents and data

We take over floor plans and usage plans and check which data already exists: meters, building management, existing sensors, exports.

  3. 3

    Measuring plan

We decide which rooms to measure and which target values apply per room type – agreed with nursing, hygiene and technical staff.

  4. 4

    Installation

The devices go into the selected rooms, plug-and-play. No building work, no changes to building systems.

  5. 5

    Measuring phase

The devices measure around the clock, on weekdays and weekends, day and night. The platform trains the models for each room as it goes.

  6. 6

    Analysis and report

We analyse everything on several levels: health room by room, energy per area, operation of equipment. You get a report and a list of the most important measures.

  7. 7

    Closing conversation

We go through the results with you and discuss which measures you can carry out yourself and where ongoing monitoring pays off.

What you get

  • A report per ward or area, with patient health first
  • Measures ordered by impact and effort
  • Unusual rooms, times and equipment marked on the floor plan
  • Access to the platform during the measuring phase

What we need from you

  • Floor plans or usage plans of the areas
  • If available: meter data or building management exports
  • A contact person from technical staff or management

And then

After the audit the devices can stay: the measuring phase becomes ongoing monitoring.
